Shipping Policy

We are happy to ship worldwide, with price and delivery times being location dependent.

Orders placed before 3pm will generally be dispatched the next business day.

We do our best to ensure you get caffeinated as soon as possible, however please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are dependent on location and delivery service.

Perth Metro Area
We use both PEP EDI and Pack and Send couriers for all deliveries. We recommend allowing approximately 1 - 2 business days for delivery from dispatch.

For all orders outside the Perth Metro area, we use Australia Post (Standard shipping). Please allow at least 5 business days from dispatch for these deliveries.

A flat fee of $10 applies to all orders Australia-wide, however if you need a serious amount of coffee, spend over $100 in a single transaction and at checkout you will be entitled to free shipping!

International Orders
We would love to send the best from the West overseas, and don't want anyone to miss out on experiencing the amazing coffee WA has to offer.

Please get in touch and we can advise the best method and cost applicable (pending location and volume purchased), noting delivery times will vary pending delivery location.

Returns & Refunds

Coffee Beans
Here at CBP, we are extremely passionate about the quality of coffee delivered and work closely with all our Perth roasters, ensuring only the freshest beans go out.

We know that bean freshness is paramount and an integral element of amazing coffee.

Coffee is a perishable product, and so we do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Mistake;
  • Subjective flavour preferences; and
  • Incorrect grind size

We know how devastating a bad brew can be and are dedicated to ensuring all our customers are satisfied with their CBP experience.

Coffee flavour is impacted by innumerable variables, many of which are determined by the brewing equipment (including specifications, cleanliness and the like), grind size, water temperature and filtration, and the knowledge and skill of the barista.

We want all our customers to enjoy and get the most out of their beans, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you need some coffee tips, tricks, troubleshooting or advice.

All the Other Stuff

For all our other products, we are happy to offer a 14-day return in exchange for store credit or replacement product. The usual conditions apply, and so any products sought to be returned need to be in the same condition as purchase, i.e. unused, including packaging.

Please be advised the item will need to be sent back at your cost.

Faulty items

Of course, in the event you receive faulty or incorrect items, we will happily refund you or send a replacement once the item is assessed back at CBP.
